Currently, the payment platform PayPal officially blocked. The reason is that PayPal has not registered as a Private PSE regulated by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia.
Blocking PayPal may be troublesome for those of you who need payment access. Especially if you have a balance in PayPal.
Then, what is the solution? The most standard way to deal with blocked sites is usually to use a VPN. But for PayPal, the VPN approach is a bit risky. In the name of security, PayPal have strict rules regarding the use of VPNs. It could be that your PayPal account will be blocked.
But don't worry. There is an easier and proven way to work. That is, using the Google-made Intra application. Intra is basically a DNS Resolver (as we explained here). In a brief, Intra "wraps" the site you are going to while browsing. Not knowing your destination, even internet providers don't feel the need to block; including when you are heading towards PayPal.
To use Intra, it is very easy. Download it from the Play Store here. Then, enable Intra. And, you can also open PayPal without any problems. Intra itself does not have a quota so it can be used at any time for free.
When we tried, Intra also managed to access Steam which is currently also being blocked.
But it should be noted, Intra is an Android mobile application (and it is not yet available in the Apple Apps Store). Meanwhile, if you want to use it for your PC or notebook, Intra needs an Android emulator like Bluestacks.
